North Valley
The North Valley is a scenic and lush area that feels hundreds of miles away from the generally more arid climate surrounding it. Characterized by long lots developed in the 1800s to maximize farmer’s access to the acequias (irrigation canals). This remnant of it’s agricultural history is apparent in many other areas, including its current usage. There are many picturesque and boutique farms growing lavender, grapes for wine, and much more.
